Freight charges apply within the continental United States. Orders outside the continental United States may incur additional charges.

Shipping Charges

$10 for orders up to $99
10% of the order for orders over $100

We process all orders as soon as our office opens the next business day of receipt of your order. After that, delivery time depends upon the type of shipping service you’ve specified. The actual shipping time for delivery depends upon your location. All orders are shipped via the UPS Ground Service unless a special shipping method is specified. We reserve the right to switch your shipper. We always attempt to ship all orders in a timely manner; we may switch any ground service to United Parcel Service at the time of shipping without any notice to the customer. Please note we do not refund any shipping charges for any reason. Our Customer satisfaction phone number is 480-593-2745, Monday through Friday office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mountain/Arizona (except weekends and holidays) we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and all national holiday’s.

We reserve the right to refuse any order and cancel any order at any time, As we are in the business of customer satisfaction and providing merchandise to our customers. We usually only take this action when we feel that the order may have been placed erroneously.

 

Guarantee of Quality

Every product you buy from out site must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Once you’ve received and carefully examined your order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we’ll be happy to help you with your return. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply notify customer satisfaction of your intent to return the merchandise and follow our return policy instructions.

 

Return Policy

By using our storefront and purchasing products from us you signify your acceptance of this return policy. Angel’s Gifts N Home Décor will provide to you either a store credit, which can be used toward the purchase of another one of our products. Or provide to you a refund of your original purchase price, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a product is returned to us that is not POSTAGE PAID, we will deduct/charge you the original shipping charge you paid us to ship the item to you. If any store credit or refund will be issued upon our receipt of returned merchandise once you receive the item the 15 days to return the item begins, we will only process a return that we receive returned to us within 15 days from the original delivery date. We will not pay for shipping charges you pay to return the merchandise to us.

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your purchase. This refund or return request must be made by contacting customer service at 480-593-2745 and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to place on the front of the box, if you do not put the RA# on the front of the box we will not accept your return nor refund your money.

Return must have all original packaging, undamaged, all components, e-mail confirmation receipt, credit card number and expiration date, customer name and all instructions must accompany merchandise in a postage paid box. Remove all bar codes and noticeable markings from the box you have received from us, the box may be returned to you if this action is not taken. If you don’t have your receipt, notify us and we will re-mail it to you.

Approved refunds will be issued upon our receipt of returned merchandise with the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and printed on the documentation you return to us. Please be aware we DO NOT refund any shipping charges NOR any postage you may pay. All merchandise that is returned must be POSTAGE PAID. If a product is returned to us that is not POSTAGE PAID, we will deduct/charge you the original shipping charge you paid us to ship the item to you.

Store credit or refund will NOT be issued for returns NOT accompanied by a receipt, all original packaging, components, credit card number, customer name and instructions must accompany merchandise, the package must be postage paid. Our on-line store Angel’s Gifts N Home Décor, do reserve the right to refuse a refund. By using our storefront and purchasing products from us you signify your acceptance of this return policy. If you refuse to accept delivery of the merchandise we will NOT refund your shipping charge or your order is returned to Angel’s Gifts N Home Décor for any reason we will NOT refund your shipping charge.
